Print one code, change its job
RSVP page while tickets sell, venue map on the day, gallery and next-event signup after. Same square on every poster — you just repoint it as the event moves through its life.
Tag each placement with UTM
Add utm_source per placement — poster, flyer, ticket — in the built-in UTM builder. Your analytics then say which surface actually filled the room, not just that scans happened.
Size for where posters hang
A hallway poster is scanned from a meter away — make the code at least 3 × 3 cm. For A0 boards behind glass, go bigger and matte; reflections are the number-one scan killer.

What happens to the code after the event?
It keeps working — that's the point. Repoint it at the photo gallery, the recording, or the next event's page. Printed tickets become a channel instead of waste.
Can I tell which posters people scanned?
Yes — either create one dynamic code per placement, or reuse one code with different UTM tags. Scan analytics break down by time, city, and device.
What if the venue changes after posters are printed?
Edit the destination to the updated page and every poster, flyer, and ticket points at the correct address within seconds. No reprint, no correction stickers.
